91 240 Fault Code 4-1-3 200

Uncle joe_1991_240,

Very glad to help, always.

Spares EGR parts are a good thing. Don't forget the first EGR pipe from the back of the exhaust port (exhaust manifold = exhaust port on inject equipped engines) to the input on the EGR valve.

Please also try the other respondent's suggestion for inspection of the EGR system.

Since you live in Alabama (state on your profile) or Iowa (zip code), you *may* get lucky and find these parts on EGR equipped 240s/740s/940s with your fave redblock four cylinder engine at the Volvo equipped yunkyard.

Teh EGR parts new are very pricey. Glad you found some used, yet serviceable, EGR parts.

Glad that helps. Hope it all works out. Please lettuce know the results!

Sneezin's (Achoo!) Greetinz'!
