So Long, Farewell..... 700

This weekend, on the 13th, I will hand off the 1991 Bertone Coupe to a Volvo resale dealer to then enjoy the Volvo V40 2004 model with 97K miles, and the timing belt changed at 82. The wife will enjoy it. So will I, as the maintenance will be less demanding (one hopes)than the Bertone Coupe. I will cry me a river to see it go - truly, the very best looking volvo made after the 1800 series. The dealer tells me I can visit it whenever I want, as this is the model he favors, and the color is his favorite. He sold many 780's to the Skywalker Ranch employees in Marin - no wonder, as they all have the force going for them - plus the bucks and spirit to enjoy the car. If anyone needs some 780 parts, I have many available after 12/14/14! Merry Christmas, Happy New Year Y'all!
