I'm running 195/65R15 tires on my 1968 122S wagon on the 4.5inch wide stock wheels with no problem. Compared to a 165/80R15 tire, the overal diameter of the 195/65R15 tires is very close. The 185/65R15 measures about 1inch shorter than the stock tire, so your speedo/odo will be off.
