Any Idea what happened here? 444-544

I will have to look into that bug idea for sure this weekend. I get the felt seals and the limits offered by sitting. It just seems a bit strange that the car sat for 3 years in the weather, I flushed all the fluids clean the carbs and she fired right up, freshened up the safety bits and drive it around town including my wedding night which was freezing and rainy. A few months go by and its started here and there till I install the ignition. Then two weeks go by before I find time to set the timing and now on that very day, not a drop prior, front and rear mains go out and looks like some blow by through the oil plug. Can't be just old seals. There must be a variable that has changed. Something caused the seals to fail. I wish I had the hind sight to hook up a oil pressure guage when I fired it up that last time.
