Break Pedal "Swishes' 200 1979

Hey Team-

First off, thanks everyone who has helped me with my last question!
second- Thank's in advance to all who can help me here.

I recently replaced the front rotors, calipers and pads on my 245. Since then, my petal isn't as "Hard" as it once was, and it sounds like their is a swishing sound every time I depress the Pedal.

The Car runs very well, but when the pedal is depressed - whether at a stoplight or in park - the idle runs just a touch rougher than if i was just parked still with no foot on the Brake pedal. Whats more is it doesn't really matter if I have the pedal fully depressed or just a little - the engine runs a touch rough.

I am wondering if its a vacuum issue?

at the heart of this symptom explanation lies this question: Is there a way to test my Brake Booster to see if it has gone bad?

Thanks!
