Can I grind out calipers to fit new OEM discs? 120-130 1968

Single circuit new front discs, the calipers won't fit over them. There's less than .0007 runout on either side of both. Do I really need to have these brand new discs cut down, or can I grind out the inner cutaway of the caliper to see if they will work as is?

Or will I find out that pads won't fit in either, unless the discs are cut?

I've got the discs and hubs on the car. Just too lazy to enthusiasticaly remove, check, have them cut and regrease/reinstall them.

By the way what do you use for brake hoses to hook up to that female double flare on the body line from the distribution block? The Wagner/Raysb 36905 listed has the wrong ends, requiring replacement of the body line. Can't seem to find a 45 doubleflare male to bubble female adapter so I can use that line. I'm not gonna reflare old rusty lines.

Thanks.
