93 Regina 940, 199,900 miles

Problem: Number 4 cylinder not firing.

Tests:
#4 cylinder Compression test OK. (@150psi)
#4 spark OK, comparable to 1,2,3.
Noid light shows injector pulses when cranking.
Injector #4 emits fuel when cranking.
(fuel rail pulled away from "home" for test.
#4 not measured against the others... yet.)

Suspects ruled out:
Ignition problem
Broken valve spring
Missing injector pulses
Plugged injector

Anybody been here before?
