How can I differentiate between 245 and 240 rear coil springs ? 200 1982

My 1982 has rear end a little too low now even with the 1 1/4 inch aluminum shims I installed 15 years ago under the coil springs.

A friend has second hand coils but cannot be sure if these are from a wagon. I want to use wagon rear coil springs to get a little more firmness.

Is there a way to find out by measuring thickness let say ?
