valve adjustment & Weber question 120-130

HA;

I always adjust rocker clearances to 0.016" (warm engine), and I use a necked down feeler gauge to assure gauge is not bridging any significant wear-gap in the rocker which would result in the gap being added to gauge and too big an adustment. Like so:

I'm no Weber expert, but I know that changing a jet in a Weber is not too difficult...but you will need the correct new one to install (or a selection from which to choose)...so you need to first get one of those kits which IPD (at least used to loan out), which contained a selection of jets and emulsion tubes.
