Coolant leak 200 1991

Friends at the Brickboard,

I have a 91 240 Sedan with only 140,000 miles. For some time it's had a slight leak of coolant to the water pump, and it has recently gotten worse. The vehicle had 115,000 miles on it when I purchased it, and it had been well maintained, but I have no idea when the timing belt was last replaced. At it's current mileage do you think I'd be smart to do the timing belt and put in a new water pump in the course of fixing the leak? If so, is the timing belt kit from IPD a good deal, and does it provide everything that is needed? And is it important to pay more to get an OE water pump?

Thanks in advance for your feedback!
