About all I can say is tell us how the Atlantic rack works out over time. Given the pain of removal/installation, I think demonstrated reliability is worth a few more bucks so had it been me, I would have sprung for the Jorgens rack. But you might have a great experience with the Atlantic rack. Keep us posted.
