Can you tighten a strut gland nut without removing everything? 200 1993

I have a 1993 244 177,00 miles with some clunking/rattle sounds on the passenger side. I had purchased the Boge touring struts. New volvo brand mounts, new control arm bushings, new ball joints, new sway bar end links, new outer tie rod ends.

I gave all of this to a shop and they put it all together for me. Car seems to handle fine and seems overall better but i have this clunk or more of a rattle sound really when on bumpy roads only on the right side. After reading the posts thought the gland nut would be the first thing to tighten. Also they could not get the steering wheel centered. it was before i brought it in. As well as the car before would track straight down the road for .5 miles with no hands on the wheel. now its not as aligned? pulls to one side and lastly when turning the wheel all the way the the left it really really seems to bind up? What things can I do without taking it all apart?

Thanks
Paul
