Soot In Expansion Tank 900 1994

I'm getting black soot in my expansion tank. The head gasket was just replaced and the cylinder head pressure tested, thinking that was the problem.

Runs great with no overheating issues ever. No cylinder leak down issues. No coolant in the oil. No loss of coolant.

Could it be from the TD-04 turbo charger? Everything is tip-top except this excessive black soot in the coolant expansion tank.

Any ideas?
