1982 245 won't start 200 1982

Good morning,
I've got a 1982 245 non turbo B21 kJet AT that I just bought, while I was driving it just stopped running. So I replaced fuel filter fuel pump in tank and out.
When I tried to start it the engine turns but doesn't start.
Plus I hear both pumps but they don't stop making noise after I turn key into on position.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
And I did change fuel relay that I purchased from ipd,
