J type overdrive

Can anyone help I talked to Dillon today at IPD for a question regarding the volvo j type overdrive kit wis the Volvo OD jay lock the same has 1977 triumph spitfire any help much appreciated my first time on this site and I also own a 1967 p1800 which I will be restoring so two reason I joined this site ...Dillon is the one that gave me the lead to this site any help on OD question is much appreciated
