Engine fires but does not start in cold weather. 200 1987

So my 87 240 has an issue starting in the cold weather. Yesterday was less cold than today and it had trouble starting but eventually did. Today it is firing but it won't actually start. I recently replaced the in tank pump, fuel pump relay, amm, fuel/air filters, and I have a full tank of gas. I read some things about a cold start injector, but I don't know how to test if it's bad. Any suggestions would be lovely.

If my car were to start, it would run fine and probably start back up after I turned it off.
