Yes, that's where I suspected tit was leaking, where the filler neck goes into the reservoir. I could actually see it when overfilling. When I first suspected a leak, I would look under the car and saw nothing running out unless I overfilled it. Getting at the pump and cleaning it will be my next step when the weather gets milder.
