Hard to start 200 1982

car will start and runs great but requires long cranking time and much pumping of the accelerator pedal....has new in tank pump, new fuel filter, new injector seals and fuel at filter inlet....
Haynes says to check cold start injector and power...not sure how to do this, and question why car will run good if relays were bad, but????
When running #7 fuse is warm not hot.
Don't use car much am storing it for my daughter as it was her first car and she wants to restore it someday.

any help appreciated!
