Front Brakes Sticking After New Pads 200 1993

Looking for some advice. I've scoured the forum but not found what I'm looking for.

I recently replaced the front brake pads on my 93 240. (Bendix w/ ABS) There were no noticeable issues prior to changing the pads, other than the pads were simply warn out. I replaced the pins, clips, pads (Volvo OEM) but not the rotors and did not resurface the rotors either. I cleaned the area and greased the pins and slide surfaces of the calipers.

Once I got it back together the front left would not let the pads free after applying the brakes. The front right was dragging just a little (and still is) but not nearly as severely as the left(driver side). To remedy I first assumed it was the caliper sticking. I exercised the heck out of the four pistons but no real change. I then swapped the front left caliper with a re-manufactured unit from the local parts house. I also replaced the rubber brake hose on the left side. When replacing I bleed the brakes for an extended period, trying to clear out the old brake fluid. I also bled the front right for good measure.

After all this there was no considerable change in front left. It still won't let go after applying the brake. It will drive and I've been driving it regularly. I typically only commute to work in it (15 mile round trip). It pulls the left something ridiculous, even without the brakes applied. I've driven it this way for more than a week thinking that maybe the pads would wear a bit and it would lesson but no luck. I've been watching the temperature of the brakes, rotors, etc and it doesn't seem to any hotter than the right side. It's never been too hot to touch.

I've disassembled, cleaned, greased and so on a couple of times thinking that it's getting bound up at the caliper but the pins seem to be free when the pads are clamped. I've even opened the bleeder with no pressure on the brake peddle, thinking that hydraulically it would let loose but this didn't let the pressure off.

I suppose one of the metal brake lines could be clogged in a such a way that is acting as one way valve but I just don't see it. Maybe someone can prove me wrong.

I'm stumped. Any input here would be very much appreciated.
