Vibration, Whining Noise at about 40 MPH 200 1993

A weird vibration/whining noise has been going on with my 240 sedan for a few months. I've not been able to pin it down to anything specific. It only happens between about 40 and 50 MPH. It sounds like it's coming from the front of the car but no necessarily from the engine compartment.

Sounds like a modeling or body panel vibration or something like that.

Anyone experienced anything like this?
