rear door lock issue & child seat issue 900 1993

1)Rear drive door, unlocks when i use key in driver door, but then won't lock...i have to manually lock thr door...more annoying than anything else, i am just afraid i will forget to lock it

2)I just bought the car, so i unfolded the integrated full size child seat, but now it won't go back up :-( almost broke it trying to force back up


please help me w/these mundane issues!!
