245 motor swap Anyone willing to help 200 1983

putting a b230f into my 83 245 glt turbo. the b21ft is siezed and not rebuildable. turbo could use a rebuild wiring is pretty shotty to. I have a 91 740 base model and am goin to pull the motor from that being the car is crap but the motor is good. Gonna put most of the wiring and fuel injection computer and other needed parts in for the motor swap. how hard is it goin to be to turbo this car once the motor is installed and running properly with no glitches? Does anyone know if the B230f motor will connect with the m46 4 speed manual tranny in my 83 245? Can some one please help any advice on all of this would be greatly appricated I know some of you have alot of experience and I can use it.
