i was driving home from my friend's house and after about 15 minutes the car takes a dump. it just quit running. if i let it sit for a few minutes, it will fire up immediately, run idle at about 800 rpm for almost a minute and die again. i remember a problem i had with the throttle body a couple of years ago and will check on it tomorrow but it seems an unlikely culprit. it has electrical power, the engine turns over, the gas lights up, and it runs just as it should. but after almost a minute, it dies, like the fuel is being interrupted. i have no idea about what or why, or where to start.
