Somehow, 93 940 t sunroof is out of kilter, or caddy wompus in the opening

I spent the night searching last night for a post on my problem, and while I found some good tips, I am still clueless as to how to fix it. I am not sure what happened but, I remember hitting the sunroof button by accident when trying to hit the defrost button. Apparently, there may have been ice on some of the sunroof causing it to get off track. This is the only thing I can think of that could have caused the panel to get out of whack because it has been so cold here that the sunroof hasn't been opened since fall. I selected the "all" for RWD knowing that the 740's probably have the same exact sunroof setup.

Anyway, the panel is sitting high on the drivers side, and lower on the passenger side. I read a post from 03 with a response from John Sargent that said to just remove the motor and push on the flats of the cables with a flat screw driver to re-align the panel. I removed the motor but, can see no cables. Should they be visible around the worm gear? I truly have spent a lot of time searching for the answer before posting and have found some ideas but, I am still kind of stumped.

I am also putting this on the TB forum as I have to get this fixed today since we have good weather here and I am off work. Thanks for any help guys.
