Rear Window Defrost Switch or Fuse? S90-V90 1998

Hello everyone out there...I have not checked in to the group in a quite a while, which is a good sign of how trouble free a Volvo can be.

We've had some cold, icy, snowy, raining temps down here recently and I think my rear window defrost is not working, and I'm undecided whether it is the fuse - and I'm not sure I identified the right one, according to the Owner's Manual and the chart on the back of the door you remove to get access, it is in Position #21 - or the switch itself on the dash just to the right of the steering column. Does anyone know?

The switch seems to have an LED in it, but does not light up so I have reason to suspect. Ideas? Insights?

Thanks!!!!
