Rear brakes will not completely release after braking. 900 1994

First of all, rotors, brake, parking brakes and one rear caliper were replaced last year and the system completely bleed. The emergency brake also seems to be fully releasing and no brake warning lights have come on. The rear brakes seem to completely release after driving for a few minutes, but braking to a stop will cause them to lock up and resist completely releasing for a few minutes. While the alloy rims are running a little hot to touch, that typical smell from overheated brakes isn't noticeable. Since one caliper was replaces due to a leaking seal, I doubt that both brakes calipers could simultaneously lockup like this. Is it possible that the sliders could be the issue? It has been a bad winter here in Rochester,NY. Or could it be some proportioning valve? My guess is that I should first clean off and perhaps lubricate the sliders. If so what would be the best lubricant to use?
