volvo 240 '91 - right rear tail lights not on 200

Hi,

When I turn my key on to light up the dashboard and do not start the engine, I have two lights on the left rear. However, my two right rear lights are not on. Brake light on the rear right does not work.

So I checked bulbs on the right rear lights. They seemed to be OK.

All my rear turn signals work fine.

I would appreciate any comments.
