whats with this damn hesitation? 700

i read the FAQ page before posting and did a few things. i still have a problem so i'm posting. i replaced the crank position sensor, the knock sensor, and had the timing adjusted. it runs fine once it gets running. here's the deal. at a dead stop, if you go straight from brake to gas, it lags for sometimes as long as 5 seconds and slowly picks up speed. if you get off the brake and let it roll at idle for about 2 seconds the ease into the gas, there's no problem at all. sometimes it does this and sometimes not. i don't drive it like a racecar, and i don't stomp the gas, but regular pedal-switching seems to be a problem. *EDIT* i think i found it. looks like my radio suppresion relay is all green and nasty. i'm going to replace it whether it helps or not. any thoughts and advice are still welcome.
