Door adjustment 444-544

Without seeing which way the doors are out of whack, it's hard to say how you could align them. You could shim the hinges, adjust the latching mechanism a bit, but those won't give you large movement in any direction.

If the floors were that rotted (out to the sills, I assume), it's entirely possibly the doors were replaced as well. Subtle variations in manufacturer or the year the car came from could also be contributing to the issue.

Wish I could be more help...body work isn't my forte.
