Rear 1990 745 seats in a 1993 945T 900

I found a 1990 745 with a like new passenger seat and rear seat at a local PnP (The driver's seat was gone already, but found an ok 1994 944 driver's seat in the same material, no rips but dirty). No problem getting the passenger seat in in my wife's 1993 945, but looks like the back seat might not work.

Will rear seat fit with some modifications or is it a wash? Any ideas?
