Runs great ... til it didn't. No pwr after warm up. 200 1990

Daughters car now off the road as I had to give up on it back in the brutal winter here. It starts and runs perfectly until it warms up, ambient temp about 65 this means 3 minutes, then it completly lacks power and has a surging idle ( almost stalls then recovers). Seems to be a fuel delivery problem as it is not choking out more like a lack of fuel. Let it cool down and runs good again until it warms. O2 sensor and cat were new last fall. Air mass meter swapped out no change.
