1994 940 Parting Out in S Maine New Exhaust Going Quick 900

Hey I stumbled upon a 1994 940 BASE family owned BUT Wrecked on the frt/pass side.
I took the seats. But you can take the ones I replaced.. heated and WORKING!
208k on the motor & trans
New exhaust from Cat back, Muffler, Still has the stickers not burt off. Thats 100 bucks if you take it off or $150 If I have too!!
Scrap is $280 so thats what I need.
Take the whole car on Monday for $300
