Many, many, thanks to Art Benstein who I met in person for the first time yesterday. It was an amazing sight pulling up to his garage and I see 5 or 6 Volvo 240's on site. Then I noticed his 240 wagon had the hood up and laying across the radiator support, were 6 air mass meters waiting for me.

We spent about 4 hours looking the car over. Mostly looking for vacuum leaks and checking out the vacuum gauge. The B cam on my 245 idles lumpy. Checked the function of the oxygen sensor, checked compression on the cylinders 175-180 psi each, and looked at my wobbly power steering pump.

I had a great time with Art and I learned so much in those 4 hours. Art and his wife Mary Jane are wonderful people. With all the trouble in Baltimore recently, and lame people on the internet, it was fantastic to meet some genuinely nice and helpful folks.

Thank you Art, the car is running well. No bogging. No hesitation. No diagnostic codes.
