question about oxygen sensor 700

i need to replace my oxygen sensor, and have a couple of questions. ive noticed when looking at things online, they are listed as "upstream" and "except regina". theres even one listed as "Not For Fuel Injection Regina", both of which i do have. what does that mean to me? i have a regina system and need to get the right one. im looking at oreillys because they have the best price. heres the page if anyone wants to see it.
