Stalling - Where are my fuel relays ?? 900

1994 940 non turbo auto sedan. 313,000 miles. Starting 3x days ago stalls out at low speeds(under 20mph). Wait a minute or two and after cranking for about 10 seconds starts up again. Codes read 1-1-1 which means all is ok . Spark is ok. Disconnected fuel line & checked that is getting fuel.

Thinking maybe could be fuel pump relay or fuel injector relay. Looked by ashtray where fuses & relays are. I could not find either fuel pump or fuel injector relays. Where could they be ?? All help/advice greatly appreciated. Thanks.
