B230 oil woes

If you are certain its not an oil seperator or flame trap issue, an oil catch can may be your solution ,it certainly a common solution to many BMW e46 owners in response to their troubblesome ccv systems. In the case of a B230 this is very unusual probably indicative to some unusual blowby somewhere
but if its been doing this for 150k whith no other issues i would certainly try it.
Good luck
