Blinkers on passenger side won't flash, but drivers side works fine. 444-544 1964

In regards to my 1964 PV544:

On Friday on my way into work, the right side blinkers no longer would flash. Green indicator in the dash would light up but it wouldn't flash. The Left blinkers worked the same as they always do.

Looking into it a bit further, I discovered that the front passenger blinker isn't lighting up, but the rear one is when the turn signal is engaged. It is steadily lit along with the dash light (when the right side turn signal is engaged.)

Using a meter, I've verified that the front bulb is okay (and I tried a new bulb anyway to no avail). I don't have voltage at the front blinker socket. The parking lights work just fine.

Any ideas where to start? This one has me stumped.

Thanks as always!
