Blinkers on passenger side won't flash, but drivers side works fine. 444-544 1964

Did you did verify that there is no power at the connector inside the socket with a test light?

If you did, then check and/or clean the junction connection at the left inner fender.

If unadulterated, the harness from the socket should be continuous all the way to the junction at the left inner fender.

But it is not uncommon to see some previous modifications, usually during a paint job so you have to check for faulty wiring repairs.
