Strange problem 200 1993

Lots of info in the archives about all this.

1st check the fuses. Corrosion can give intermittent problems.

2nd suspect IMO is the fuel filter. If you don't know when it was last changed, do it. 2a. If it does it again, and the fuel is <1/3, check the rubber hose in the tank above

Recently I learned about the 240 "cat ball" the catalytic converter material rolls into a ball and blocks the outlet. Backing up could dislodge it and a gentle start forward might not re-lodge it.
