'69 145 - Thinking about converting TO a BW35 140-160 1969

Unless you have some specific reason to do this, I think you will be disappointed. Performance will suffer substantially and mileage will decrease the same. I did the swap the other direction and it makes a whole different car. That said, I have a BW-35 in the barn that you are welcome to. I live in Eastern Washington state. A driveline shop can modify your existing driveline. Most of the ancillary parts can probably be had for the asking. A number of people on this board have done the swap the other way and should have parts laying around.
