No start when hot 700 1987

I have gone over the no start problem in the quick reference guide. Section 1 fits the problem Im having. I have checked the fuel injection relay and the radio suppression relay, both are fine. My car does not have a crank position sensor. My tach is still jumping when I crank the engine, so I am assuming my hall sensor in the distributor is ok ? I replaced the temp sensor and wiring about a year ago but checked the output at the ECU and that seems fine. I do not know about or see a turbo overpressure switch ? Does my 1987 have one ? Still having the problem. Any further suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Mark
