re: 5 week road trip

Hi Swedish Baklava,

Thank you. Though may I suggest some craft brews in Portland or Western, WA, when I return.

The ales are much better there, to my well untrained palate, than anything further east or NE WA.

Slate Creek Brewing in Coeur D'Alene, ID is / was pretty good when they brew on their 3 bbl. The 15 bbl, system, well, they gots to gets that all sorted so it is alive.

Or we could enjoy about my all time fave pub ... the McMenamins Fulton Pub in John's Landing on SW Nebraska.

Marin Brewing Company in Larkspur, CA.

Sierra-Nevada? Not so much. An illusion of what it used to be at the Chico, CA tap room in August 1992.

Oh, this is the Volvo-jawing board ... not the craft brew board!

Hope all's aces!

Hope your pals get their travels plans all sorted!

Happy Memorial Day!
