Whoever you buy the rubber gasket from, be sure its guaranteed to fit. I haven't replaced a Volvo windshield (yet) but broke one in a Morris Minor because the gasket was slightly too big. Also make sure the new glass is not larger than the old one. A 32nd of an inch can make a big difference. Good luck.
