What is the condition of your motor mounts?

I had a similar problem on a 240 and traced it to a very spongey motor mount. Placing the car in drive caused the engine to "lift" enough to pull on the CPS and it would stall.

Adjusting the slack in the sensor lead was the quick fix, but motor mounts and a new CPS came shortly thereafter.
