Good source for fuel pump for 1975 164? 140-160

Hi guys,
Would anyone have a good source for a fuel pump for a 1975 164? The one on my friend's car is getting voltage, but the pump doesn't run. Also, from the fuel pump relay, there is a second yellow wire going out when only one is indicated in all my wiring diagrams (positive feed to pump)Does anyone know where the second yellow wire goes? Is there an in-tank pump on these cars?
