Volvo 240 WAGON 1993 Rear bumper fillter 200

Wondering if anyone has had experience of replacing the rear bumper filler strip which fills the gap between the rear bumper cover and the body on the WAGON?
Mine has been in the sun for a while and has warped and shunk and no longer fills the gap or attaches to the back of the body.

Is the sedan different to the wagon - it would appear to be different!
Where can I get one?
Does anyone have one for sale?
What are the differences?

I think the Sedan 4 door is PART NUMBER: 1312909
And the Wagon 5 door is PART NUMBER: 1312910
