car will not start 200 1989

My 240 was not used for about two weeks and went to start it and it is dead.
checked fuse etc. No power to fuel pump, no ignition seem to recall a relay somewhere that might not be pulling in. Any thoughts where I can look sort of at a dead end here, thanks for reading.
