dies while turning (again) 700 1992

so a little back story first. i had it in the shop last month and the fuel pump was replaced. the fuel pressure is good, and i have checked the CPS as suggested by this site's FAQ pages. it runs good & fast on a straight line but when i turn, it dies. so i slow down to make a normal turn at about 10-15 mph, and the idle will drop to about 500 for just a second or 2, waffle around and come back up, sorta like a hiccup. or it just dies completely. or nothing happens at all. it happens at random. no consistency, so i cant trace a specific issue. no amount of yelling at it like a deranged idiot seems to help.
