preparing to sell my 240 200 1991

I need to sell my '91 Volvo 240. I have no idea what to ask for it and i'm hoping to get some suggestions. It is metallic blue and is faded in several spots. It has a little over 130k miles. NO accidents. Interior is very good , back seats like new. The carpet could use a cleaning. Tires not in the greatest shape. It was running fine when I parked it in the driveway as I had gotten another car. The a/c in the Volvo is not the best and I've heard that is a problem with all them. Now it won't start, but i'm sure anyone with mechanical experience could figure out what's wrong. I would appreciate any suggestions for what a fair price might be. I don't know how hard it is to sell an older car like this but in the past I have had 4 or 5 notes left under the wiper blades asking if I wanted to sell it. thank, Arcina
