Fwiw, if this happened to me I would expect a full refund, shipping and everything, your cc company can force it. I have no time for internet bs, you don't fulfill your end, you don't get paid. Cc can claw back payment, usually within 30 days, but possibly more.
I like the non induction type, if they still exist..
